You are being welcomed into another home to view their items for sale. We are not responsible for any accidents and expect you to be respectful of their home and belongings. You break it you buy it. Please leave children home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Charge only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. We are not a retail store, all sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay, it is yours. This sale is not handicap accessible and has stairs and small area to move around, enter at your own risk. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. This is not a public place and a public bathroom is not available.
This is an amazing little house. It is full of hand crafted furniture made by the owner. Many hand carved items for his unfinished projects. Beautiful figures and solid unique furniture. We will also have your regular household items, garage stuff. Small patio set. vintage tiles, dolls, hess trucks and vintage children clothing. There are no stairs to tend with but some small steps and very narrow to get around. Open rain or shine , hot or cold. See you soon!
