Furniture: vintage Kittinger (3 pieces not on the premises, see note below), antique round quarter sewn oak dining table with beaded edge, clawfoot foot on fluted base with oak fancy carved chairs, all in great condition (no leaves included), early Kittinger dresser or chest, extra large oak paper safe, smaller oak graduated double-and-triple drawer chest, two vintage Pennsylvania House solid cherry night stands, FlexSteel traditional round arm sofa with 3 FlexSteel covers (1 blue denim used and 2 never used, moss green and medium tan) and comes with a dog safe protection pad, this sofa retailed for around $1,300 new and each cover cost $500 new, quality modern Rowe queen-size sleeper slip-cover 3-cushion sofa in great condition and neutral color comes with a new mattress, solid cherry traditional wardrobe (was never an entertainment center) and much more!

Military: large lot being sold for one price of military including uniforms, tons of WWII ephemera, "yard long" photos, etc. etc. Mostly from the estate of Sebastian J. Ruggeri, a lawyer from Greenfield, Ma where he grew up and practiced law with his son, Paul. Sebastian Ruggeri was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Air Force and a Judge Advocate "over the hump" in China. During his service he met and befriended Jack F. Kennedy and he and Ted Kennedy became life-long friends. Upon returning home, Ruggeri ended up being manager of the Western Massachusetts campaigns for Jack and Ted who were often seen at Ruggeri's home or office in Greenfield. Sebastian Ruggeri and his wife, Margaret, attended JFK's inaugural ball and also his funeral in Washington.
