This one day estate sale is a PICKER'S SALE and will run 12 noon to 7pm and features a mix of misc. tools, collectibles, furniture, and just a lot of cool stuff to root through!
PICKER'S SALE means things aren't priced you may want to bring gloves, flashlight, and a mask and you will rummage through things, put together a pile, and we will give you a price on the fly!
Great treasures and deals to be had! We give out numbers the first morning of the sale starting at 11am and allow access to the home in number order.
