We will only be accepting cash and Venmo payments on the day of the sale. All of our sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items are priced to sell and are sold as is, we are not able to certify, verify, or speak to the functionality of any given item. Due to Covid-19 restrictions we will be requiring all patrons to wear masks if you are not fully vaccinated. You are required to sanitize hands & in some instances wear gloves. We are complying with all local laws and ordinances in regards to social distancing and may ask entry into an estate sale to be staggered to give all patrons a proper amount of space. Anyone who is unable or unwilling to comply with wearing a mask or social distancing will be asked to leave. We will ask you to leave if you decide to inconvenience/berate any clientele or staff for their race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, political beliefs, or any other defining characteristics. We will prosecute shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law. The owners of the property have the right to deny anyone access to their property. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone with no reason given. No large bags, backpacks or purses allowed. Please bring adequate help for removal of larger items. Buyers are responsible for removal of items from the sale between sale hours. We are not responsible for any accidents on site. Please enjoy the sales event.
