EVERYTHING MUST GO. This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with no guarantee Masks are optional .You may start an entrance list on the first day of the sale . We will open sharply at 9AM. If you want to start a list early on the first day leave it by the front door ,take a picture with date and time and make that list available to all that come. You cannot make a list the day before the sale. I will not honor a day before list. This is a small packed house so I will only be letting in 10 or 12 to start, so get there early. PARKING IS TIGHT SO PLEASE FOLLOW THE PARKING RULES.

We will limit the entrance to the first 10 or 15 and will try to get everyone in asap after that. There will be no bags allowed into the sale , we will be giving you boxes and trays and tubs for your shopping convenience.
Round 2 as promised!!! These are all current pictures of what is for sale in the house, we will never use pictures from a previous sale.If you see it in the picture its in the sale, except for maybe the pizza,( I think Bob ate that) sorry. Jaydite is in 3 different rooms as shown on the first floor,the second floor is now open and that is where, the dolls, the toys, the Hallmark ornaments, matchbox cars and the baseball cards can be found. There will be at least 2 more sales here as we have yet to open up the basement and the garage which are still packed .That next sale will be next week so stay tuned. No Bags are ever allowed in our sales as you know and we always provided you with boxes to shop with.
