This is a cash only sale.
There will be no porters available so please bring any and all necessary help if you are planning on loading larger items.
Items are sold where is and in AS IS condition and all sales are FINAL.
No prices will be given before the sale, no pre sales, or phone sales to be fair to everyone.
There will be NO public restrooms.
Any higher priced items can have an offer left on them, and highest offer at close of sale if not sold will go to the highest bidder.
We nor are the homeowner responsible for any accidents, so please be careful. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We put the sign in sheet out at 6 pm the day before unless otherwise noted!
Due to COVID regulations, only 8-10 people will be let in at a time. Masks must be worn inside the home. Thank You

We have complete contents of the home as the homeowner has moved in with family and wants everyone to enjoy her items as much as she and her husband have! We have bedroom furniture, dining room set complete with credenza and server, silverplate, tons of multi colored glass, kitchen items, garage items, vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, jewelry, outdoor items, books, tv's, wheel chair and transfer chair, both real and faux plants, artwork, lamps, come down and see us this weekend!
