All items Treasure Chest Estate Sale sells are pre-owned and used. You should expect the signs of wear. While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, descriptions and measurements the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. PLEASE REFER TO THE DETAILED IMAGES FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING VISUAL INSPECTION AND MEASUREMENTS. Buyer agrees everything is sold as is and they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED. IT IS YOUR RESPOSIBILITY TO INSPECT AN ITEM PRIOR PURCHASE AND BE PREPARED TO PICK UP ITEMS AT AUCTION LOCATION.

WE DO NOT ASSITS IN MOVING HEAVY ITEMS. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT BRING HELP TO MOVE ALL FURNITURE & HEAVY ITEMS. ANY ITEM NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE PROVIDE BOXES & PACKING FOR SMALL ITEMS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LOAD YOUR VEHICLE.

Pick up: Saturday 09/25 10:00AM - 12:00PM. Winning bidders will receive address information for pick up via email - LET US KNOW IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS. Make sure you have selected in your dashboard to receive Auction Win instructions via email. APPOINTMENTS REQUESTED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL WILL NOT BE HONORED!

Due to Covid-19 Masks and Social Distancing are required during pick up.
Please wear a mask and keep at least 6 feet social distance.
Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice prior pick up.
