-Sign-Up Sheet: I will be there at 9:30 am to put out a sign-up sheet. However, if you get there before me, start a list and I will honor it. Do not hide the list from other customers.
-Preselling- We are preselling to collectors or other folks looking to pay close to fair market value for an item. Make Offers.
-Make Offers- I highly encourage anyone before the sale or who can not make it to make offers. All offers are written down and taken seriously.
-Entrance- The first 20 people on the list will be allowed in first.
-All items purchased As-is. Electronics were not tested.
-Enter the sale and property at your own risk. Bronze Robot and the owners of the property are not responsible for any accidents to customers entering the sale.

This sale is being held in the Armenian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. There is a good-sized parking lot on the left side of the building with an entrance nearby. Walk straight when inside and you will come to a large room. This is where the sale is held.
