We accept cash, checks, and credit cards; proper identification required. We do greatly appreciate payment with cash & approved checks, but do not charge a "buyer's premium" for your credit card purchases. We value our customers and we hope to always be able to afford that 3% charge, instead of making you pay it.
We promise to price items reasonably and fairly. Families deserve a good return on their belongings and we believe fairness is extremely important to the families and customers. Please do not ask for or expect additional deep discounts off the prices we spend our time tagging onto items.
Please bring your own help to load large items.
This is not an auction; most all items will be clearly tagged with prices for purchase at the sale; please only remove tags from large items that you intend to purchase. Please do not request prices prior to sale days; prices are not available prior to sale days.; items are not available for purchase prior to sale days.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents/injuries or for loss/theft of personal belongings.
Please do not leave children unattended.
Access to the property is strictly limited to sale days, during hours directly associated with the sale. Any entry onto the property otherwise by unauthorized persons is Trespassing and prosecutable by law.
No smoking inside any building(s).
All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final.
This sale has been entitled #1, because it is most likely one of a few to come as we liquidate the inventory of a vintage & antiques venue that closed several years ago. Items have been boxed up and in storage for years, so we are unpacking and moving everything to this central sale location to liquidate it in groups, one-building-full at a time. Therefore, there may be several smaller-than-usual sales over actually the next year or so until everything has been sold.
There is no theme, rhyme or reason to the types of items; it's just all vintage, antique, odd or unique, or "Pinteresty" supplies for making your own handmade treasures. All of these sales will prove to be interesting and packed literally with ALL KINDS of treasures.
and here's an extra hint...expect special discounts throughout the entire sale...to be revealed on sale days...so don't miss any of the sales or you'll miss out on the extra money in your pocket too :)
