All items sold as is with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. NO REFUNDS ! So please inspect items you intend to buy. We are unable to help you load large items , so please bring help with you. Please do not park on grass, and do not block driveways. We are a professional estate sales company, we treat our clients and buyers with respect, and expect everyone to do the same.

Living room sets, dining room set, kitchen furniture, sunroom furniture, bedroom sets, glassware, collectibles, antiques, tools, farm implements, large attic to go through, metal shelves, yard and garden items,also included are Mossberg 20 gauge shotgun model 185-K bolt action, Marlin 22 Long Rifle model 60, Remington Arms Score Master model 511, and so many items not pictured.

This house sits on over 6 acres of land that is developed, so we will be selling parts of the house; cabinets, doors, windows, built in appliances, most anything you see. Also, 30'x 60' metal building will be offered, buyer has to move. Buyers will have 40 days to remove any real property purchased. You may see any of these items anytime before auction.
