~This is a two day sale. Most itmes will be 50% off on Sunday.
~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out at the front door about an hour prior to start time.
~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on.
~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance.
~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing.
~All items are to be removed by the closing of the last sale day.
~Our staff can help with small items or bags to your car but due to our insurance coverage our staff will no longer carry or load large furniture pieces. Please make arrangements to bring or hire help. We can provide a list of recommended movers.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.
