This an estate
1. All sales are a first come, first serve basis. We do not pre-sale.
2. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
3. All items are sold as is, where is. We are not responsible for moving, loading, or delivering purchased items. Please bring boxes, packing material and help to carry heavy items.
4. Cash only
5. We MUST keep track of all sales. Please be patient when checking out so we can accurately record each and every purchase for ours and our records.
6. We reserve the right to remove any item before sale.
