* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* You are encouraged to preview items and examine carefully before bidding. Preview time is by appointment, just give us a call.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason.
* Applicable sales tax will be charged unless you have a sales tax exemption on file.
* 18% Buyer's premium will be charged at checkout.
* We accept major credit/debit cards, and cash. No checks accepted.
* Items left more than 7 days from pick-up date will be considered abandoned and disposed of at auctioneer's discretion, with no refund or credit. Please call and make arrangements if you need an extended pickup date.
* The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
* As a buyer, registering to bid through The Auction of Raleigh LLC, acknowledges that buyer has read all terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them.
* Bidders must be 18 years or older to participate in the auction. Bidders must provide address and valid cc information for payment upon completion of auction. Insurance or "Replacement Value" is encouraged for item shipping and The Auction of Raleigh LLC is not responsible for any damage to items during shipping.
* Shipping of items is NOT available for this auction.
* Please submit sales tax exempt (E500) information before close of auction if available.
* All items sold as is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The current condition is shown and/or noted, to the best of our ability.
* We are selling used items, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
