** Cash is the preferred method of payment. However for your Convenience we gladly accept
all the mayor Credit and Debit cards ( Minimum of $ 15 )

* No Prices will be given via phone or email.
* * No pre-sales prior to sale start time.
* All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
* All inventory is offered "as-is," "where-is" with no warranties.

* List available approximately one hour prior to opening
* EVERY PERSON must be in the list.

* We do not deliver or haul any of the sold items.
* It is the buyer's responsibility to remove all purchased items.
* Please bring your own helpers to move items.
* All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale day.

* We are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur inside, around, or outside the home.
* We are not responsible for damage to vehicles.

* Not pets, not food and drinks allowed
* We reserve the right to inspect all bags

* Please Do not Park on the grass
* Please be courteous to neighbors
