* All items listed will be at the sale, we do not "pre-sale" nor give prices of items over the phone or via email.
* If you need help with larger items please bring adequate help.
* We, nor the homeowners are responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage, all items are sold "as is" with a no return policy.
* We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers into the sale.
* We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard (3% convenience fee), checks and cash.
* All purchased items must be removed by last of sale or make arrangements with Side Jobs.
* Due to the large number of vintage items we would prefer no children under the age of 16.
* Please do not block the neighbors driveways.
* Please do not do research on items in the home via phone, tablets, etc.
* There are no discounts the first day of the sale, items ARE as priced .
* Please be respectful of others and do not pull the tag on an item nor put it on the hold table unless you plan to purchase it.
* Please be respectful to our employees and the other shoppers.

A sign in sheet will be available the day before the sale once the address has been published. No sooner than noon on Thursday Oct 1, 2020.
Numbers and signup sheet with be at the end of driveway, maned by a deputy sheriff. To sign up you must personally appear to receive a number, no signing up for others.
After you are given a number and have signed up on the sign-up sheet with your first and last name “Neatly Printed” you may leave and return by 8am sharp Friday, Oct 2, 2020. No overnight stays at the property. Law enforcement will be on the property at all times.
We will give instructions and start to line up people at 8am sharp. If you are not at the house by 8am and your number has been called your space and number in line will be forfeited and you will need to get a new number and wait at the end of the line.
Firearms
You must have in your possession a government photo id and at least one of the following: Pistol Permit, FFL (full page license) or a concealed carry permit.
Prior to being allowed entry into the gun building a deputy sheriff will verify your government photo id and at least one of the following: Pistol Permit, FFL or a concealed carry. Names and addresses must match on all documents.
5 buyers will be allowed in gun building at a time. Each buyer has 10 MINUTES to decide on their purchases. It will not be acceptable to spend more then that time. Please do your research prior to the sale. If you take longer this this time then you will be escorted out of the building. We do not claim to be experts on the firearms, you make your decisions for what it is. The firearms have not been checked over for condition and have not been test fired. ALL FIREARMS AR SOLD AS IS.
The Corresponding number tags are on the firearms that are referenced on the inventory sheet and Estatesales.net pictures.
All transfer fees are included in purchase price. No checks for firearms. Cash and Credit/Debit (With a 3% sur-charge).
After purchase of firearms please secure in your vehicle immediately after purchase. We are not responsible for watching paid purchases.
