Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
Be sure to mark your calendar for this fine estate sale featuring mid-century modern furniture (in wonderful condition), beautiful fine china, delicate crystal, two sterling flatware sets, plus interesting home decor with an Asian flair!
The dining room has an oval table with 6 chairs, credenza, and china cabinet ~ all made by White Furniture Co.
L-shaped sectional sofa (9'10" by 7'3") with an Asian brocade fabric, three suede-like neutral tone swivel chairs. (All in excellent condition).
The master bedroom suite is also by White and features a king size bed, two matching chest of drawers, and a double dresser with mirror
Guest bedrooms have either black or white laminate dressers and/or tall display cabinets.
The sunporch has a retro-style rattan sofa & chair plus several other side chairs & tables.
Accessories: rugs, mirrors, lamps, artwork, glassware, knick-knacks
Ladies vintage jewelry & mink jacket
Packed-away in the basement...board games from the '50-'60's, old books & records, toys, and "stuff" including a treadmill.
The photos are good representation of what to expect. We will be adding more photos every day this week with final updates by Friday evening, but this house is packed full and it will be impossible to photograph everything!
In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8:00AM Sat (and at noon on Sunday). Entry will be controlled or limited (to 25 at a time) due to the amount of inventory plus two of the three stairwells have a motorized stair lift blocking the steps.
