We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Also, since the house is located directly on Brawley School Rd. there is NO on-street parking. Please follow the special parking instructions which will be posted on Friday (at the same time as the address).
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch (or in the garage if it’s raining) at 8:00AM and the door will open promptly at 9:00AM ~ the entry will be limited & controlled to allow for a pleasant shopping experience and to ensure the well-being of the house.
Sunday line-up numbers (and waiting) will be in the garage at noon. The shuttles will run from noon to 2:30
