We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
This house is packed full of furniture & accessories for every room including a lovely Bernhardt leather sofa with 2 matching oversized chairs....plus a drum set, nautical decor, mounted fish, canoe, and even a boat....1996 Four Winns Horizon 220 Bowrider, Volvo Penta 5.0 dual prop out-drive.
In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM and the door will open promptly at 9 AM on Sat. (on Sun. numbers at noon and opening at 1 PM). To ensure the safety of the shoppers (and the house), entry will be controlled and limited.
Last minute updates & additions will be posted by Friday evening.
