The lots listed in this catalog are from the living estate of David and Karen Webb and consignees and are being offered by Sterling Transitions Inc. as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding at the auction you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.

PREVIEW DATE: Friday, July 20 by appointment. You also may call or email with specific questions.

ONLINE SALE DATES: Bidding starts at 6:00am Wednesday July 18, 2018. Lots will close every minute starting with Lot 1 at 5:00pm on Sunday, July 22, 2018. Individual closing will be extended 5 minutes when a new bid comes in within 5 minutes of lot closing.

PICK UP / SHIPPING: Pick up is on Monday, July 23 from 12:00pm until 6:00pm. Call or email the name of the person picking up your items and the time you plan to arrive as this is a gated community and we need to leave your name at the gate.

SHIPPING: Shipping is offered for some lots in this sale. Look at individual descriptions to see if it is available. You must pay for your winning invoice within 24 hours of auction end. Once paid, our staff will take your items to UPS for shipping. The store will call you for shipping options and payment. If you would like an estimate, please call the store at 828-252-6930 with the item measurements.

PAYMENT INFO: You will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Sterling Transitions Inc AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. This email will include payment instructions via PayPal and instructions for pick up and shipping. Paypal requires a secure sign in and accepts all credit card payments. Buyer will need an account on Paypal.com and will use our email address, info@sterlingtransitions.com, for payment on PayPal. **All items must be paid for within 24 hours of sale ending using Paypal or call / email us to communicate other payment preferences.
