Terms of Sale: We accept cash, good checks (with photo ID), credit cards (M/C, Visa, Debit with photo ID). Out-of-state checks must be approved in advance of purchase. No Credit or Debit Card charges less than $10.00 - so bring money or checkbook please. All items must be paid for on the day of purchase. Items are sold "as is, as found." All Sales Are Final. Removal of items is the responsibility of the buyer and must be completed by 4 pm on Sunday, August 25. Local delivery services will be available for a fee (to be determined by the delivery men). Announcements made at the sale take precedence over written materials. Brick Alley Antiques is not responsible for accidents that occur on the sale property. Sign-Up: A sign-up sheet will be placed on the front door of the house at 6 pm on Friday, Aug. 23. Entrance into the house on Saturday will be in numerical order. Please be at the house in line by 8 am on Saturday. If you are not at the house when your name is called, you will lose your place in line and have to go to the end of the line for entrance -- no exceptions.

4,000 sq ft of belongings has been stuffed into a much smaller house and garage when they moved to this house. That is why it is so hard to describe everything. There is so much.
Brief description: There is so much stuff that it is really hard to describe the contents. There are 3 recliners,Barcalounger and Master Craft. The pink sectional sofa is by Lackawanna. There are two sets of Sterling flatware. One set is Towle "Old Colonial" 92 pieces. The other Sterling set is Gorham "Buttercup" 77 pieces. Mahogany queen anne dining table and 5 chairs. Mahogany dresser and chest of drawers, 3 matching walnut mid-century bedroom pieces. King size oak bed. Lots of lamps, kitchenware. Lots of art - some is contemporary and some has some age - watercolors, OOC and some is outsider art. Lots of clothes (S/M), shoes, scarfs, pocketbooks. Lots of linens and bedding. Two refrigerators and one chest freezer, washer and dryer and microwave. Lots of outdoor furniture, cushions for outdoor furniture, lots of Halloween and Christmas decorations. At least 10 bookcases of different woods and structure. Garden tools, Mantis tiller, wheelbarrow, power washer. Several antique toys and vintage cameras. Several ladders, lots of outdoor planters and on and on. This is only a very brief description. It will be worth coming - I am sure you will find something to your taste. This is one of the hardest sales I have had to price!!
