Because of the high-end nature of this sale, all people in attendance will be required to checkin and receive an arm band. We will register your name and email address, and all customers will be required to check out when leaving. This is an effort to reduce theft and ensure that all attendees receive ultimate customer service.
The basement and garage will be open to showcase the sell of high end and name brand furniture, clothing, home goods, holiday and children's items. This estate sale is unique in that we will be showcasing a significant collection of original vintage artworks, from China, Japan, Italy and more! See photos for full representation of the inventory offered.

- Check-in and registered armbands required.
- Furniture loading available at no cost.
- Furniture delivery available at $75 and up (Charlotte metro only)
- Water bottles and concsessions are available to attendees at no cost.
- Tech-friendly event! Credit cards payments and email receipts are encouraged with an added 2.9% processing fee.
