We offer limited assistance with heavy items, please be prepared to remove your purchase or purchases. We do have some names of delivery services upon request.
We staff our sales according to size and inventory. We are ready and willing to answer questions and assist you in any way.
Numbers will be put out one hour prior to opening time the first day of the sale. Please note that if a list has been started we will honor your place in line if you are present at the time the numbers are given out. If you are not there you will forfeit your place and will have to take the next available spot.

Hope you can come help us clean out our cottage with all kinds of items left from our clients homes....lots of outdoor wrought iron and misc. items you see in the pictures....everything negotiable we need to clean out!
We have a nice selection of wrought iron and metal outdoor garden furniture, just in time for spring!
The cottage is full, and we were not able to get good clear pictures of everything. We plan to take advantage of the sunshine on Friday morning and have more out in the front yard!
If you love a treasure hunt for DIY pieces, outdoor furniture, tools, and home decor you need to stop in and check out the wide range of items we have for sale. There is something for every room in the house, and everything is priced to sell!
