Terms

PHYSICAL ESTATE SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) Previews, presales, and price inquiries are not available prior to the start of the sale.
2) Numbers for entry will be handed out 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale.
3) Caring Transitions of Lake Norman, at its discretion, may limit the number of buyers in the house at any one time.
4) We gladly accept CASH or debit/credit CARD with I.D. (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover). Card purchases must be over $20. NO CHECKS will be accepted.
5) All items are sold AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be given.
6) BUYERS must remove all purchased items by the close of the last day of the sale.
7) Please have ADEQUATE HELP to pack and load purchases in your vehicle. Caring Transitions of Lake Norman staff are PROHIBITED from moving furniture and/or large sale items per our insurance policy.
8) Small children must always be under adult supervision while attending the sale. Caring Transitions of Lake Norman reserves the right to limit access to adults only.
9) Neither Caring Transitions of Lake Norman nor the homeowner is liable for accidents or injuries to any person while on the premises.
10) Shoplifting/stealing is a crime. The police will be called.
11) FOOD, DRINKS, AND/OR PETS are not allowed in the house, garage or out-buildings.
12) PUBLIC RESTROOMS are not available during the sale.

Please remember you are in a private home, and it should be treated as such. Please extend the same courtesy to the neighbors by not blocking the street or blocking their driveways.
