ONLINE SALE DATES: Bidding for the buyout starts at 8:00am Monday, April 23, 2018 and closes 5:00pm on Thursday, April 26, 2018. Bidding starts at $100 and has $25 increments plus 15% buyers premium.
PICK UP / SHIPPING: Home is located in Hendersonville, NC and MUST be cleared by midnight on Sunday, April 29. Highest bidder will be given access to the home on Thursday, April 27 and will have all weekend to remove all items from the home. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT MEET THIS TIMEFRAME.
PAYMENT INFO: You will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Sterling Transitions Inc AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. This email will include payment instructions via PayPal and instructions for pick up and shipping. Paypal requires a secure sign in and accepts all credit card payments. This auction is for the entire deceased estate of Ms. Sharon Shuster. The person with the highest bid at the end of the auction on April 26th gets the entire estate. If you have never bid on an entire estate, this is a good one to try. This small artist's home has been cleared of trash so the buyer will only have valuables to take home. Home must be cleared by the end of the month. We will meet the highest bidder at the home on Friday, April 27 and you will have all weekend to move it out.
