We will accept cash and checks but cannot take credit cards. Access to house does not have a sidewalk and yard is not by any means level, so please be careful and watch your step. We are not responsible for accidents. The basement has many items but and while the steps are enclosed on both sides caution needs to be taken. Watch for orange streamers pointing to the basement. We have represented the items to the best of our ability and condition is commiserate with age. All sales are final and if things are remaining they will be half price on Sunday . If you are interested in the car, please let us know in advance if possible. Will be glad to respond to any questions. The house with pond as well as two lots across the road are also for sale.
Privately Listed Sale
Selling the entire estate of James M. Stevenson who was an artist, a registered architect, a world traveler, and a sailing enthusiast. The extended Stevenson family owned movie theaters, a book store, and built the Triple Ess pier at Atlantic Beach. All diligence has been taken to represent items correctly and authentically but mistakes can be made. Prices are reasonable for the array of items.
