Credit Card Charges for items over $50.00 (you must have Two valid ID'S.)
All Sales Final. NO refunds or returns.
Bring your own "man power" for moving and loading larger items WE CANNOT HELP !!!!.
All items must be removed before the end of the Sale unless prior arrangements are made.

Two part tag system used on larger items. Your NAME & PHONE NUMBER must be written on back top part of Tag.Take BOTTOM PART OF TAG to Check out to pay. You MUST have BOTTOM PART OF TAG STAMPED in order to pick up item.
IF YOU PULL A TAG YOU ARE COMMITTED TO PURCHASE.......

Items $50.00 and OVER will be 30% off the Original Price.
