A sign-up sheet will be on the front porch. Please stay in your car while waiting for sale to start. If you feel sick, have a fever or cough, please do not come. We will be wearing masks and masks are required for entry! Once the sale starts, a limited number of people will be allowed to enter and we will be practicing social distancing. We look forward to seeing you.

2. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF YOUR PURCHASES. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP.
3. ALL ITEMS SOLD "AS IS" AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL - ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS/NO REFUNDS.
4. WE'VE GOT THIS! ESTATE SALES AND HOMEOWNER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
5. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY OR OTHER DRIVEWAYS IN NEIGHBORHOOD. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE.

If you see something you are interested in, you can call once the sale has started and if available, purchase over the phone and arrange for pick-up later. We have added more items, revised the information below, and added pictures.
We’ve got more pots, pans, and bakeware. There’s even a deli slicer and Keurig coffee maker. There’s three sets of flatware, pedestal cake plates, silver plate, and more serving pieces.
Lots more yarn, some material, and other crafting supplies. An accuquilt cutter, iron, steamer, and other quilting items were found as well.
Anyone needing to restock their linen closet should check this out. There are beach towels, bath towels, queen sheet sets – some of them never opened, blankets, afghans, and comforter sets. Found more luggage, totes, a quilt rack and quilt.
All furniture remaining and the Thomas Kinkade prints have been reduced. We’ve got North Carolina pottery and Haeger pottery, German Gerz beer steins, Fenton Carnival Glass Lion Rose 3-footed bowl, and a Quoizel Collectibles stained glass lamp shade.
You’ve got about two months until Christmas and there’s gold bracelets, a Mary Dunhill sterling compact, sterling necklaces, earrings, bracelets, Cameo, horse pin, and Navajo pendants, cultured pearl necklace, and even more costume jewelry to go through so you can find that something special for that special someone.
Tools, ladders (Louisville and Werner), baseball bats, rods and reels, leaf blower in original box, Craftsman vise, wrenches, some ammo, Juker Spain .45-caliber black powder pistol, Marksman BB repeater air pistol, cigarette advertising display, outdoor furniture, outdoor storage units, and other miscellaneous outdoor items.
Probably 35 – 45 buildings and 21 pieces of fencing to set up your Christmas village, Christmas ornaments, holiday serving pieces, dishes and china.
A few DVD’s, and found more CD’s and albums. There’s lots of new stuff to check out, so be sure and come by.
