Loading assistance available----no delivery.
All items must be picked up by the last day of the sale.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any advertisements written or oral.
No food or drinks allowed inside the premises
No Public Restrooms
No pets please.
Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Sale attendee assumes all risks occurring before, during and after the sale, including injury by any cause, and releases the property owner, Past Perfect Estate Services and their representatives and agents from any and all claims.

Covid 19 Announcement

Given the current situation with the Covid 19 virus, we will be operating with the health and well being of our customers and staff as our primary concern. Accordingly, we will be adhering to the following practices:

We will be observing social distancing and following current occupancy limits.
We will have hand sanitizer available.
We will maintain appropriate distancing between customers at the check out station.
All checkout equipment will be sanitized after each use.
We ask that any customer that is vulnerable or showing symptoms or has been exposed to someone who is ill or symptomatic please refrain from attending.
Please follow social distancing maintaining a minimum of 6 feet between other customers and staff.
Please avoid unnecessary touching or handling of items.
Acceptable face masks are strongly recommended.
We reserve the right to refuse entrance and/or service to anyone posing a risk to others or failing to follow these guidelines.

Please note the following change to our standard procedures:

For health and sanitation reasons, there will be no restroom facilities available at any time. Please do not ask.
Please bring your own loading help. We will have no staff available to help with moving or loading.
All items purchased must be picked up by 5:00PM on Sunday. We cannot make exceptions.
If you feel uncomfortable attending the sale, we will be offering sales by phone with credit cards during the operating hours of the sale. Loading and pick up requirements apply to phone sales.
