* Sales will be made on a first come, first serve basis. No holds for unpaid items.
* Please respect the neighborhood. Do not block driveways or park in grassy areas. You will be held responsible for any damages
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions
* Cash or Venmo only. Checks and Credit Cards will not be accepted.
* Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases, including large items. Bring help if needed! Boxes and packaging material will be available for wrapping fragile items.
* Owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property. Please watch your step and ask for help if an item is out of reach
* There will be a 2 hour pick-up window after the sale each day for buyers to collect large items if they are unable to collect at the time of purchase. Once paid in full, items will be marked “Sold” and held until the end of the pick-up window. Sold items not picked up by the end of the pick-up window on the last day will be donated.
* We reserve the right to sell or withdraw any item prior to sale day
* Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any prior advertisements
* No Smoking, No Pets, No Firearms allowed inside. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
