**PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR APPOINTMENT INFORMATION** FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED, yes your nose needs to be covered, PLEASE USE SOCIAL DISTANCING WHILE IN LINE AND INSIDE, sanitizer and gloves ( your choice) will be available at the front door, also mandatory. If you are not able to attend we will entertain offers by txt only starting Saturday noon, just describe as well as possible what you are interested in. I will be discounting as the sale progresses. All sales final, cash, personal check with 2 IDs (preferred), credit cards plus 3%. You will need to arrange your own extra muscle for large pieces and I would advise getting professional help for large pieces, any damage in removing a large piece is the responsibility of the buyer, we are not responsible for accidents, 5% Discount to out of city buyers, just show your drivers license. There are lots of fragile items in this sale, if you break something it will be your new broken something. (All furniture must be picked up no later than 5pm Monday 7th and don't forget you'll need to arrange your own muscle, mine aren't what they use to be) IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL OR HAVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE SICK, PLEASE DO NOT PLAN ON ATTENDING. **Shopping bags will be provided**

**We are only allowing 4-5 people in the house at a time. Although NC is not as bad as many places around the US we are taking precautions to ensure a safe environment, ventilation, air purifiers and regular sanitation of frequently touched surfaces, but it is important that you wear a mask at all times in the house and use sanitizer before entering. To make an appointment call between 9am-6pm or txt anytime, leave you name, number of people and desired day. I will respond in order received. If, of course, you just show up without an appointment there is a very high likelihood you will not be admitted.
