Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.

Estate tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Friday, June 5th(10:00am-05:00pm) and Saturday, June 6th(09:00am-03:00pm). Sale will feature Simplicity riding mower, furniture, collectibles, accessories, shop tools, kitchenware, glassware, household, clothing and more. Check photo captions for details. We thank you for your continued support! Please note that we reserve the right to limit the number of attendees in the house, garage and building. While standing in lines(entrance and checkout)please maintain proper distancing. Effective February 1st, 2020 all auctioneers and estate tag sale operators are required to collect N.C. sales tax at onsite estate auctions and onsite estate tag sales. This has not been required in past years but was recently enacted by state legislation. If you have an N.C. sales tax exemption form please bring this with you so we can place your name and number on file. We must see a copy of the document. Permit or concealed and carry is required for all firearm purchases. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult times and look forward to seeing you again.  All remaining items will be 50% off for Saturday June 6th, 2020.
