What type of auctions do you conduct? In-person and online.
From downsizing to liquidating personal property, we can help maximize your asset value by conducting an in-person or online auction.
How do I bid on items in our auctions?
Bidders can register via our online portal to receive an active bidder profile. From there, you can bid on the active online auction taking place. If we conduct an in-person auction, you must register with a valid driver's license to receive a bidder card.
What forms of payment do we accept?
In-person auctions, we will accept cash and credit cards (Checks are not accepted), and online, all payments are processed via the auction portal under your bidder profile. All online/ in-person credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Sales Tax:
A 7% NC Sales Tax will be applied to all transactions except for titled items.
Buyers Premium:
A 15% Buyers Premium will applied to all transactions unless otherwise advertised.
Warranty/Auction Announcements:
All sales are final. All items are sold as-is, without warranty. All auction day announcements precede any previously printed material or other oral statements.

The Heart of West Port - Denver, NC.
J-PAC Auction Co., NCAFL:10784, has been commissioned to host an Estate Auction Online to the public for Mr.(Name withheld), deceased.
The descendant was an avid golfer and wine connoisseur. He had eclectic taste, as shown by the various home furnishings/items. This sale includes a wide variety of items, including furniture, Art, Golf Equipment, Clothing, Waterford Crystal, coins, and jewelry. You will find special items throughout the catalog, with the best items at the end.
Please browse the online-only catalog, bid, and watch your favorite items. Remember to set your max bid and calendar reminders! Online transactions only.
Due to the quality and condition of the items in this catalog, most items will start at a $10 minimum bid, with others starting up to $500.
The auction ends on May 2nd, with lots starting a soft close at 6 p.m. All successful bidders can pick up on May 5th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the pick-up date. Please do not show up without an appointment. Any items not picked up or having shipping arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be the property of J-PAC Auction Co.; NO REFUNDS will be given for abandoned items.
All successful bidders will receive the pick-up details on their invoice. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The auction is online-only, and Credit cards are the only forms of payment accepted. J-PAC Auction Co. is not responsible for theft, damage, or injury when the buyers pick up.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND PACKING THEIR ITEMS. We have a limited supply on packaging items.
Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Our preferred shipping partner is UPS Store 3364. J-PAC Auction Co. is not responsible for shipping damage, theft, or loss due to Mother Nature.
