For Cash App users, a 3 percent add on charge will be added to the net total. Local county sales tax is required to be collected. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. The family of Mr. Craig Weaver (deceased) has hired VanHoy Auction and Realty to conduct this estate sale. This estate sale features many household items and hand tools.  Our scope is to clean sweep all items prior to the real property sale at a future date. This sale also features a Coach 2018 tri-toon pontoon boat and a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S.   For both the car and boat, we plan to have a buy now price and accept offers up until the end of the sale.  Our previews will be one time per week on larger items and must be coordinated through the estate seller.   My contact information is provided below:
