Cash and credit cards are accepted. Our policy is to charge a 3.0 % service fee for ALL credit card/Debit card transactions. We do not accept personal checks.

Entry Numbers will be available at 8:00 am Friday and Saturday morning.

Please bring help for large or heavy items, as we will be busy assisting customers. If moving services are needed, it is up to you, the buyer, to coordinate the move.

********All items must be removed from property by the end of the last day of the sale.

Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.

Please bring your own tote bags, boxes and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted. Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase.

We work very hard to give our clients and customers the best sale and service. Prices on are firm on first day of the sale.

Occasionally home owners change their mind and decide to keep certain items. We do our best to accurately portray what will be for sale. We also attempt to remove pictures if the items are no longer for sale.

Fabulous Finds does not allow previews or pre-buying. We do not reveal prices before the sale. Preparing for a sale is a lot of work and we can not return every call or answer every email inquiry, but will try our best.
