Bidding Style is Staggered: Each lot will close 15 Seconds after the first lot in the auction consecutively. Lots will begin closing at 7 PM and continue until the final lot has closed. If a bid is placed on a lot during the last minute of bidding, the time will be extended by one minute each time. We recommend being signed into the Auction at least 15 minutes prior to closing, if you wish to bid during auction closing. You may also enter your "Maximum Bid" to have the computer bid on your behalf up to a set amount. Please contact our office at 704-996-1605 for assistance with Online Bidding. (Online Absentee & Internet Bidders must register with , Visa or MasterCard) Information is subject to change. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. We recommend coming to the PREVIEW. All sales are final. No credit card charge backs will be allowed. Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All statements made prior to the sale of any item take precedence over written material and any prior verbal statements. Our auction firm is not responsible for accidents, thefts, errors or omissions. Catalog: Charlotte Premier Estate Auctions Inc has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. All sales are final.

BP There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the high bid to determine the selling price. Sales tax of 7.25% will be added to the selling price. Dealers and retailers must fill out the exemption forms in full before the close of auction.Payments: All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of theauction. We accept Amex, Discover, Visa & MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the auction for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. Please note, if you bid over $5000 your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction. if you wish to pay with cash you will need to make a deposit in person. This is done to protect our clients. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. ALL items must me retrieved during pickup hours or by appointment,. If you cannot make it to pickup days DO NOT BID. you may request an appointment for an alternative pickup day no later than the day before the close of the auction. All requests for an alternative pickup day on the day of the Auction close or on the pickup days will be subjust to a storage fee. This fee will be between $25-$100 depending on the size if the lots. If we do not hear from you by the close of the final pickup day your items will be donated and your card will be charged. We have to pay our consignors no matter what. It is unfair for CPEA to consign items and not pay in good time. If you cannot pickup DO NOT BID. Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $25 fee imposed. Exemptions: To receive sales tax exemption, dealers and retailers must have filled out and submitted the form NCDOR E-595E before the close of auction. This form is found on our website under the ABOUT US tab . Exemption forms can be emailed to charlottepremier@yahoo.com . Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Mecklenburg County, NC.
Shipping must be approved and will not auctomatically happen. We ship Priority mail and at this time only ship by email request and approval with 3 business days notice of the close of the auction. We will not accept shipping requests AFTER the auction closes. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. We use Priority shipping plus insurance and also charge a handling fee. The handling fee is $10 for 1 lot, $15 for 2-5 lots and $30 for 6+ lots. ITEMS WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY BE SHIPPED. YOU MUST REQUEST SHIPPING QUOTES. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Please contact the auction company prior to purchase for general shipping and handling information. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. Missing Items: We document the contents of each package. If we have missed an item in your shipment our documentation will show that. Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the package if you think something is not included. If our documentation shows it was not packed we will forward it immediately at our cost. We are not responsible for boxes opened by anyone other than the owner. Please check the entire box and packaging for contents. DO NOT discard the original shipping box and packaging if you think something is missing or damaged. Storage: If you have a large amount of items, other charges may apply. In addition to the storage fee, the buyer is still responsible for paying labor costs to prepare your items for pickup. Any damages caused by a purchaser or other party during the inspection period or during the removal period must be made good by the purchaser or party causing the damages. Warranty: Unless otherwise noted, you are buying used merchandise. Neither the seller nor the auctioneer makes any warranty or guarantee to the condition of any item. All items are sold “as is, where is”. Item descriptions have been derived from sources believed to be correct; however, neither the seller nor the auctioneer guarantees these descriptions. RELY ON YOUR OWN PERSONAL INSPECTION. The failure of any bidder to inspect, or to be fully informed as to the condition of the property, its age, value or other determinative factor, will not constitute grounds for any claim or demand for adjustment or withdrawal of bid. Agency: All transactions are between the seller and the buyer. The auctioneer is acting only as the seller’s agent.

Returns- There are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on any items. It is important that bidders preview items they would like to buy and ask questions if unsure of something. All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults and with no warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
