- Payment Policy: Credit Card with 2.9% fee or cash. No checks.
- Taxes: All state & local sales tax as required by law.
- You must provide your own bags, boxes, wrapping materials and LABOR for lifting heavy items. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CARRY AND LOAD YOUR PURCHASES FOR YOU.
- Delivery is available for an extra fee.
- We do NOT use sign up sheets or numbers. (Do not start your own!) We simply open the door, and everyone comes in. ��
- We take great care to properly portray and represent all items sold at our events and encourage our customers to take their time reviewing and investigating all items prior to purchase. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
- We nor the home owner assume liability for accidents, theft, damage or other casualties that may occur on site, although we do take extreme care to ensure that we provide the most secure and memorable estate sales in the VA, NC and SC region.

This little townhouse is full of antique and vintage gems!! Take a look through the photos for a firsthand glimpse of what’s for sale - and there’s MORE than what’s depicted here!
Highlights:
- RARE Antique wooden chest from early 1800s, used for carrying personal belongings in ship coming to America. No damage, and has personalized family name engraved on back.
- Books! Many old books, but some special ones to mention: Gone With the Wind (1937 early ed.), Scarlett Letter (early ed.), David Copperfield (early ed.), etc.
- Several crocks, of all sizes!
- Various antique and vintage lamps, all in great working condition.
- Plenty of primitives!
- Vintage books - we even have an early edition print of Gone with the Wind!
- Costume jewelry
- Golf balls and clubs. We also have quite a lot of vintage golf club making equipment, supplies and tools!
- Vintage white wrought iron patio set with two chairs
- Two full beds, complete with dresser sets and nightstands.
- Vintage kitchenware, tins, baking dishes, and blue/white china set. We also have several vintage decorative plates and bowls!
