A NEW BEGINNING ESTATE SALES
We ask that you please read the following:
*** We're sorry, we do not offer previews to any of our sales and cannot give out prices of items prior to the beginning of the sale via email, phone or text.
*** During the set-up of the sale and the actual sale day(s) we are extremely busy; so emails, phone calls or texts may not be returned until after the sale.
*** We begin handing out entry numbers for lining up shoppers for when the doors open the first day of the sale beginning 1 hour prior to opening that day. Lining up by number for entry will occur approximately 10 minutes before the opening time. We reserve the right to distribute entry numbers per our client's discretion.
*** We reserve the right to limit the amount of shoppers into the residence at any given time during the sale.
*** All items are where is, as is; we make no warranty on any item. We make sure items power on, but do not test them for functionality. Please thoroughly inspect all items before purchasing as there are No Refunds.
*** In our pictures, we try our best not to show items that are not included in that sale but sometimes these items may appear in the background of pictures. General rule, if you do not see a picture of just that item, then it is most likely not included in the sale.
*** We strongly discourage this of our clients; our clients may reserve the right to pull any shown item from the sale prior to or during the sale. Should this occur, we make every effort to promptly remove the photo and item description or mark it as "Sold".
*** Our Insurance does not allow, and we are not physically able, to remove/load your purchases. Please do not purchase an item if you cannot remove/load the item yourself or have someone available to do so for you. We can refer you to local movers for items you are unable to remove/load on your own.
*** A New Beginning Estate Sales, and The Homeowner, are NOT responsible for injuries during the sale.
*** Please bring your own bag/basket for placing items into while you are shopping. We reserve the right to inspect bags, baskets, backpacks, purses, etc, if we suspect suspicious activity while on the premises. You are the guests of our client and on their property.
*** All items must be picked up one hour prior to the closing hour posted for the final day of the sale (unless other arrangements are made) or will become property of A New Beginning Estate Sales.
*** There are always a large amount of breakable items in our sales, for this reason we ask that small children must be under parental supervision at all times or you may be asked to leave.
*** We prefer CASH for your purchases and DO NOT accept personal checks. We will accept Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express with a minimum purchase of $25 or more. We're not going to turn away a sale, so if you must use a debit or credit card for purchases under $25, we will apply a 5% of purchase transaction fee.
