Bidding Starts: Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 09:00:00 am ET
Bidding Ends: Wednesday, July 25, 2018 between 07:00:00 pm ET

INSPECTION
Available by appointment. Please contact us for an appointment.

PAYMENT DUE
Full payment must be made no later than 11:00 AM EST on Thursday, 7/26/18.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards at time of purchase.

REMOVAL
All items must be removed during scheduled pick-up times.
For this auction, scheduled pick-ups are as follows:
Thursday, July 26th, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST and Sunday, July 29th, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST.
**If you do not pick-up your items or make other accommodations, you will forfeit your item. If you need to make an alternate pick-up, you must contact Estateable (info@estateable.com) immediately upon auction close.**

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items and need to bring all boxes, tools, and packing materials needed for transport and pickup.

REMOVAL AUTHORIZATION
If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please visit the auction page at www.Estateable.com to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.

Buyer's Premium: There is a 0% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

NON-REMOVAL
If you do not pick-up your items during the scheduled pick-up periods, you will forfeit your item. If an emergency prohibits you to pick-up during the scheduled period, you must contact Estateable (info@estateable.com) immediately. Estateable strives to maintain customer satisfaction. Estateable may be able to offer an alternative pick-up time, but we have no obligation to meet the request. An alternative pick-up time will incur a $40 administrative fee and a daily storage fee of ten dollars per day. Please contact info@estateable.com for additional information or with questions.
