We do not provide assistance in loading or moving large items after they have been purchased. Items must be removed on day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with the staff. We will provide "sold stickers" to be placed on item after it has been paid for. Please do not be disappointed if we do not reply to your email for color, size, or description of any item as it is nearly impossible to reply to emails during preparation of multiple sales we have going on during this season. Please note we can not place a hold on any item if requested prior to sale dates. AAA Organizing & Estate Sales, the current homeowner or the new homeowner is in no way held liable for any type of injury, accident or mishap that may occur while you are on the property of the estate sale site. We have a little bit of this and a LOT of that! Fun stuff, useful stuff, interesting stuff, home furnishings, garage items, outdoor items, tools, housewares, Hartman luggage, a like new refrigerator, an upright freezer, washer and dryer and (an additional dryer that needs repair). We have outdoor wicker, beautiful art deco desk, a nursing home bed ( similar to a Hospital bed but a bit smaller) which is absolutely BRAND NEW and NEVER USED. (it was a manufactures sample). We have several desk, multiple file cabinets, a dining room set, a baby grand piano (priced to go)!
