Terms: All major credit cards or pre-approved business/Personal Checks, with proper I.D., or wire transfer. All sales final with no warranty expressed or implied. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over all written material. A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged on the total purchase price with an extra 3% processing fee for credit cards. A sales tax will be charged on all merchandise sold, the only exception is for those with a valid & verifiable state resale number. For out of state buyers: you must have a copy of your tax certificate or other proof that you are a tax-exempt business owner/agent. Not responsible for accidents.

Stevens Auction Company is pleased to announce its commission to sell at public auction several prominent estates from across the South.  Our Annual Mid-Summer Antique Auction will consist of great items such as full and half tester plantation beds, 19th century lighting, artwork, palace size rugs, garden statuary and other garden items, cut glass, china, crystal, mint condition Antique Automobiles by names such as Packard and Oldsmobile, Southern primitives, and hundreds of other pieces of southern finery.

 

Open house will be August 7 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and the auction will begin at 10:00 am on August 8. Due to covid 19 regulations, it will be mandatory for you to wear a mask at all times. We will have hand sanitizer available on auction day. Refreshments will be available with prepackaged items only and a very limited menu.
