I always enjoy repeat clients!  I conducted a sale for this client last year on behalf of her brother; now she is in the process of moving her mother and asked me to conduct another sale for the family.  I was happy to do so.   

And, this is quite an interesting sale!  It ranges from traditional china and decor to mid-century, models, photography, tools, trains AND lots of collectibles --- not to mention a garage full of more stuff!  Below is a SAMPLE of what is available but please be sure to CLICK on each photo below to read the details.

Entry will be at the front door; Check-out and Exit will be in the garage--keeping social distancing.

A beautiful 2014 CHEVY Malibu has 25,889 original miles on it!!!!  It's  very clean but has some minor body damage.  If you want to test drive it, an ECLIPSE associate will ride along with you.  However you must first show a valid driver's license.  (This car was kept in the garage and driven by an older woman.  The low mileage is the key here!)  Another view of the 2014 CHEVY Malibu. 1G11B5SL6EF188703.    And, you get a full tank of gas!  Foyer:  An arch top/multi-panel mirror (26" wide x 43" tall) hangs above a small demilune table with detached marble top.  A metal soldier greets you as you enter the door.Living Room:  A PAIR of Country French chairs upholstered in a subtle flame stitch fabric flank a narrow gate-leg table.  The long, narrow, scalloped  gold frame mirror measures 22" wide x 38" tall.Living Room:  A custom upholstered floral sofa measures 83" long.  It has three detached back cushions, two side pillows, and one single bench cushion.  It is flanked by two tables with matching tablecloths (each item is separately priced).  Closer photos of the other items follow.Living Room:  This mid-century "waterfall" glass and brass table measures 51" wide.Living Room:  Shown is one of a PAIR of quality brass lamps with black shades. The table measures 65" x 44" and includes three 12" table leaves  and custom made table pads.  (Note:  One leaf is already shown in the table in this photo.)Dining Room:  This is a closer photo of the "burlwood banding" on the dining table.Dining Table:  This is one place setting of the gorgeous MIKASA "Imperial Blue" china which has an embossed gold scroll leaf trim, cobalt blue rim, and an ivory field. 
The MIKASA set includes:   8 dinner plates; 8 salad / dessert plates; 8 soup bowls; 8 cups; 9 saucers;
1 round platter; 1 serving bowl; 1 creamer; and 1 lidded sugar; for a total of 45  pieces.Dining Room:  This is one of six dining chairs included with the table.  There are two arm chairs and four side chairs.  The wood above the cane back matches the "burlwood" on the dining table banding.Dining Room:  The "American of Martinsville" sideboard matches the dining table set but is priced separately.  It measures 70-1/2" wide x 19" deep x 31" tall and has four front doors which cover a total of two drawers and shelves.  The covered silver-plate casseroles, ruby decanters, and pair of sterling candle holders with glass hurricanes are also for sale.Dining Room:  The vintage mirror above the sideboard measures 34-1/2" x 44-1/2."  Dining Room:  Classic white china with a platinum rim is by NORITAKE ("Freemont" pattern).  This set includes: 12 dinner plates; 12 bread & butter plates; 12 saucers; 12 cups; 12 fruit bowls; 1 oblong platter; 
3 serving bowls; 1 gravy with attached under-plate; 1 lidded sugar; 1 creamer; 1 salt; and 1 pepper, for a total of 69 pieces.
Dining Room:  This is one place setting of the NORITAKE "Freemont" china set.Dining Room:  A 68-piece set of ONEIDA silver plate flatware includes service for 12 (dinner forks; dinner knives; dessert forks; tablespoons; teaspoons [18]; one sugar; one butter knife) and its chest.   Living Room:  A rare 1970's retro column/pedestal MAGNAVOX stereo cabinet has AM/FM/8-track capability with built-in side speakers.  We played a Henry Mancini 8-track and the sound was outstanding!  It works perfectly!  (And, we have a few 8-tracks for purchase as well.)Living Room:  A side  view of the MAGNAVOX retro stereo cabinet shows one of the speakers.  Its measurements are 15" wide x 16" deep x 43" tall.Near Cashier:  A vintage (circa 1940) "ARMY Train - Stream Line - Steam Type - Electrical Train by LOUIS MARX" is in its original box.  Closer photos follow.Near Cashier: The LOUIS MARX ARMY train is neatly packaged.  The vintage tin cars glide on the "O" gauge track.  The next photo better shows the train cars.Near Cashier: The original track is still in the box but you can now better see the tin ARMY train cars:  Army Supply Train 500 tender; Army Supply Train Official Car; Army Supply Train engine; anti-aircraft gun on flat car; tank on flat car; and a spotlight on flat car.  In the foreground is the LOUIS MARX CO. Transformer Model No. 729.  What a rare find this is!!!!!Near Cashier:  A Prussian (German) guard helmet (Pickelhaube) is priced separately from the set of WWII German Army Musician Leader Swallow Nest epaulets AND set of shoulder boards.  The "Swallows Nests" were attached to the shoulders of Army Tunics and were worn by all Band Members. The longer gold bullion fringe indicates rank and a leadership position in the group.  Closer photos of the helmet follow. (Note:  the epaulets' "fringe" is actually fine chain metal; the shoulder boards' threads are also made of fine metal threads.)
Near Cashier:  The Prussian guard helmet's emblem is a raised wing eagle with the embossed words:  "Mit Gott Fur Koenig und Vaterland" (translation: "With God For King and Fatherland").  A silver guard star is attached to the eagle's breast.  The eagle holds a sword in one talon  and a torch in the other.  (Note:  This is NOT a WWII Nazi helmet; they typically depicted an eagle with a swastika in its talons.) Near Cashier: This is a side view of the Prussian guard helmet which shows a dark blue and red cockade [or roundel] which  represented the colors of a specific German state, e.g., Oldenburg.  The other side of he helmet has a black/white/red cockade which represented the Imperial national colors.  Near Cashier:  The inside of the helmet is now shown where you can see the leather lining; the chin strap is also visible.Near Cashier:  Very collectible:   Lot of German "Reichsbanknotes" --  Berlin, Germany - 1922

The manual on the left is an "Instruction Book" which details how to oil the machine, wind the bobbin, thread the machine, etc.  The other booklet is the "Directions For Using Steel Attachments," and it explains the "felling," "hemming," "puffing" and other techniques.
