This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm. Line numbers will be given out at 8 am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.
Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.
This is going to be an exciting day for Al's Estate Sales. We are hosting two fantastic sales that are about 8 blocks from each other. We have this sale right off of Mackenzie near Heege. Then we have a second sale going on the exact same three days near Heege and Mathilda.
Before we go any further, we will be adding a few more photos in the near future and will be deleting this paragraph when that happens. The additional photos will include a huge amount of costume jewelry which was not yet laid out at the time this listing was posted. So, please revisit this listing a few days before the sale for updated and additional photos.
This sale is interesting because it is a jam packed house, however, it is a very small sale because there is no basement in this house. All of this great stuff is crammed into this 1200 square foot house, but we are going to make it work. We may have to limit the amount of people allowed in because of the minimal room we have.
There is such a great mix of everything in this house including antique furniture, mid century modern furniture, seasonal items, lots of great tools, barware, sports collectibles, and great glassware from all of the St. Louis sports teams. We have clothing, shoes, books, albums, CD's, etc.
As always the staff of Al's will load up anything you purchase. Even though we have another sale going on, we have purposely set these up with staggered start times. Please note that this sale begins at 9am and we begin handing out line numbers at 8am. Our other sale that we are hosting will start one hour earlier. You should be able to attend both openings.
We can't wait to see all of you over this weekend. With both sales going on, we are going to see a lot of each other. It's going to be a great weekend.
