We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Pricing: Friday we are firm priced. Saturday is discount day with most items being 50% off and furniture/applainces being 25% off. We do not answer pricing questions
If you are traveling in from a distance, please note that we tend to never limit how many are in the home at any given time at our sales, but due to the nature of circumstances with this being so tightly packed, WE WILL be limiting how many are in the home for the first couple hours on Friday. We do allow a line to start out front no earlier than 6am on Friday. Please do not disturb the neighbors by being any earlier.
