We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

This is one SPECTACULAR 3400 SF HOME FULL of high end contents!
We counted over 75 Wall Clocks, Mantle Clocks, Grandfather Clocks and Small Display Clocks. Some of these are absolutely spectacular and featuring hard to find brand names as well as antique in nature. Beautiful Howard Miller Grandfather Clock!
Phenomenal antique and modern furniture, absolutely gorgeous Mission Dining Table and 6 chairs plus matching buffet, 2 racks of men's and women's clothing, very nice and clean home decor, lots of glassware including Pfatlzgraff/Fenton, garage and tool items, numerous pieces of art work, patio furniture, super nice kitchenware, bar ware and so much more! The house is densely furnished and there is a LOT to see. This is one of the finer sales of the year we will liquidate!
Also included in this sale is the Musical Estate of Darryl Cole of Carthage. Due to his passing, his wife Kaylene has consigned some very nice electric and acoustic guitars, several amps, hard and soft guitar cases, violins, and mandolin. All of these are in great shape, with many having recently new strings added.
Payments Accepted: Cash, Local Joplin Metro Area Check, along with Debit/Credit Cards accepted (4% transaction fee on Debit/Credit Cards). We do accept Venmo if needed.
Terms: NOT an auction... all items are priced and tagged for immediate sale. No warranties expressed or implied. No returns, all sales are final. We do our best to test all electronic items but buyer is responsible for checking all items out for functionality and damage. Prices are firm on Friday, and discounted on Saturday. Please do not line up any earlier than 6AM on Friday due to residential neighborhood.
