Location:  Whispering Meadows Subdivision in Independence, MO - off 43rd Street and Lee Summit Road Exit off I-70 Hwy.  Follow the "estate sale" signs especially when enter Whispering Meadows

We appreciate you following the parking signs.  Reminder, don't park in front of the mailbox or street opposite the sale.  Thank you!

We use the marker system if you would like to save a place in line for the start of the sale.  Once you place your marker down, you can wait in your car until the sale opens

We reserve the right to limit entry if the line is long and the house is crowded
