Line Numbers will be handed out an hour before the sale starts on Saturday and Sunday.

Please understand that many of these items are heavy. My team will help as much as possible, but please make arrangements to have help moving heavy items. We can hold items for a later pickup.

We always work to be fair to you the buyer and our customer the seller. We do accept bids. Don't be afraid to leave your name and number if you are interested in an item.

Admittance may be limited to only a certain number of people at a time.

Bring your own help to move large items. Not responsible for accidents.
Cash and credit cards accepted.

Not responsible for any accidents on property or with moving heavy items.

Not responsible for accidents or for covid 19 exposure

No refunds, all sales are final. So please check over items carefully. You can plug in items to try them.

We reserve the right to limit the number of people entering at one time.

Not responsible for items moved to different parts of the house or if the family removes items prior to the sale. Feel free to ask about items before coming.
