Lovely villa overflowing with many beautiful things! If you like Christmas collectibles we have Christopher Radko, Boyd's Bears, Jim Shore, Dept. 56, Enesco, Lands End, Santa Bears, and so much more. The villa will be For Sale By Owner at the time of the sale..

PLEASE NOTE: Many of the collectibles will need protective wrapping that do not have individual boxes. We do have some empty single item boxes available, but please bring boxes with you if you plan to purchase more than a few items. We will not have enough boxes for customers to carry out collectibles, and customers will have to do their own wrapping.

This is a 3 day sale Wednesday - Friday April 17-19 starting at 9 am. The signup sheet will be on the front porch at 6am each day of the sale. The villa is tightly packed with many breakable items, and as a result we will only let about 15 people at a time into the house. PLEASE exercise patience as you wait in line, we do our best to get customers checked out as quickly as possible but there are a lot of items to look over.
