*NO EARLY SALES – this is a two-day sale. Thursday 9- 6 p.m. Friday 9-6. Prices discounted on day two.
*No refunds, all items sold as is. All sales are final. Large items sold must be removed from property during the hours of the sale. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
*If you buy it YOU load it into your vehicle. No exceptions. If we are not too busy we may be able to help you get your furniture purchase outside or to your vehicle. Thanks!
We will not be giving out any prices before the sale. Customers get first choices, Family Heirloom employees never pre-buy before a sale.
There are no restrooms on site.
Cash, local checks and Mastercard/Visa accepted.

The owner of this collection is a long time South Haven resident and has owned: a Resort, a Restaurant, a Factory, a Law Office and a residence.  Memorabilia from all of these businesses will be available as well as a unique collection unlike anything I have ever seen.

There are two buildings full.

Vintage fishbowls on stands, table top jukebox, full sized juke box, stools made out of cast iron, old brunswick bowling alley scoring table, many chairs and stools as well as file cabinets and office furniture.  Vintage stained glass, pictures in old frames, child's roll top desk, outdoor white iron furniture, wicker, old bikes, Vintage bedroom furniture, old bar, Easter blow molds, brandy warmers, collectible plates, vintage toys, mid-century lamps, refreshment bar for a restaurant and enough linens to open your own restaurant.  Beer signs. Vintage Singer sewing machine in wood carry cabinet.  In EXCELLENT condition.   A trampoline in very good shape and a pitching machine along with a train set that children can ride on.

Industrial sized tools.  Shop smith with all of the attachments, drill press, air tanks, two industrial louvered fans - never used, compressor, brand new in the box 4 cu ft portable mixer and a pipe threader and a grinder.
