We are opening the house at 8:45 am on Day 1 and open till 4 pm; we are taking in-person offers on furniture and higher-priced pieces over $100 after 3 pm.

On day 2, everything is 50% off.

At noon, we are taking offers on furniture and higher-priced items.

At 1 pm, it is "make a pile, make a fair offer." The bigger the pile, the better the deal. It's all got to go! We close at 2 pm.
