50% off everything on Sunday.
$5 bag sale starts at NOON. no sooner. There may be a few exceptions but almost everything in the house applies.

-Cash and credit/debit card accept (with fee)
- Enter and exit through designated areas only
- We will NOT be passing out street numbers, we will let people in by the order they are lined up outside of the entrance.
-No early access or presale of items in the sale.
- Please bring help to move larger items. We may be able to assist if we are not busy, but do not rely on it.

- All purchased items must be removed before 4pm on the final sale day (or they will be donated with no refund)
- There are absolutely no refunds or exchange of purchased items. Please check all of your items before you purchase them. We do not offer guarantees on any item.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss of or damage to personal property.
- Please be courteous of the neighbors and be mindful of where you park.
-please follow parking signs where posted.

Friday is FULL STICKER PRICE on all items.
Saturday will be 25% off and Sunday will be 50% off. (Some exclusions may apply)
